About US
I played football in high school. I was often made fun of and bullied by my teammates. Sometimes, even by the coaches, making jokes that aren't necessarily as funny as they may have hurt. My coach told me that I was too slow to learn the plays of our offense. I had limited playing time, but not for a while. It didn't take long before I could remember the plays called in the huddles while my teammates struggled to retain the play called. I took a lot of time approach to learning one play and memorizing that one play well before moving to the next one. This process was slow but I'm a better learner with a tough mind because of it. I wasn't slow by ability or a slow learner, but I took a strategy that helped me develop a stronger mindset.
aim to help young athletes how to develop mental strength. Understand that every rep you take should be meticulously done correctly and with 100 percent effort. If you skip reps or make a half effort to move on to the next workout you cheat yourself. So as we know in the sports world and in training to be the best we must focus on one tack out of time to master our skill sets.
IT'S NOT ABOUT HOW FAST YOU GET IN AND OUT OF THE WORKOUT, BUT IT'S THE TIME YOU TOOK TO INVEST IN EACH REP THAT COUNTS!
